TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The “Participating Entities” includes all participating stores, cleint operations, shops and online platforms.

These Terms and Conditions read together with our Privacy Policy and all other rules or polices that are made available on our various platforms constitute a written agreement between Adult Luxury and you (“you” and “user”) and will govern our relationship and your use of our  Rewards Programme.  When we refer to “Services”, we mean any products, goods, services, functionality offered, owned or operated by Adult Luxury Group.

General

1. The Adult Luxury Rewards programme is a multi-partner reward programme operated on behalf of all participating entities (“Adult Luxury”).

2. Only persons who are 18 years or older are eligible to sign up for the Adult Luxury Rewards programme. Juristic, excluded and self-excluded persons may not participate in Adult Luxury Rewards programme.

3. Valid positive and acceptable forms of identification might be required. Photographic images of Adult Luxury Rewards members may be required for inclusion into the e-commerce system. Copies of each of these documents may be retained by the participating entities.

4. Adult luxury reserves the right, amongst other rights, to amend points status or withdraw points at its sole discretion. In addition, Adult Luxury reserves the right to suspend or terminate programme participation where Adult Luxury Rewards members are in breach of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to, qualification criteria.

5. The point status is determined by the Adult Luxury Rewards member’s activity in all aspects of the Adult Luxury Rewards programme.

6. It is the Adult Luxury Rewards member’s responsibility to insert the points into electronic platform.

7. The points remains the property of Adult Luxury and it reserves the right to adjust or edit or delete points.

8. Programme participation, rewards and benefits are not transferable. Points are limited to one  per person, per participating order.

9. Specific terms and conditions apply to individual rewards, benefits and special offers. Furthermore, Adult Luxury reserves the right without

consultation with rewards members or any prior approval thereof, to amend the terms and conditions for programme participation, including but not limited to alliance with other programmes. Equally rewards, benefits, points earned, special offers, awards, expiry periods and rates at which points are earned may be amended.

10. Adult Luxury Rewards members may be required to present their points together with a positive and acceptable form of identification when utilizing their points for certain transactions and/or claiming of prizes, special offers or redeeming of vouchers.

11. Complimentary services are extended to one Adult Luxury Rewards member at the relevant entity’s discretion.

12. Members are required to notify the relevant participating entity of any changes in address or personal details, either in writing or in person at the Customer Service Desk.

13. Adult Luxury Rewards members without any activity in areas of Adult Luxury Rewards programme that generate points earning for a significant period of time will not be considered for special offers and benefits. In addition, programme participation may be terminated accordingly.

14. Further terms, conditions and rules may be applicable from time to time, which will be specific to the promotional offering. Adult Luxury Rewards members may visit the Adult Luxury Rewards programme for the latest terms, conditions and rules that may be applicable to Adult Luxury Rewards programme and specific promotional offers.

15. Adult luxury Rewards members may elect not to be included in Adult Luxury Group’s marketing communications list by opting out at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in email communication or replying STOP to opt out of SMS communication. A reasonable period should be allowed for Adult Luxury Group to give effect to aforementioned opt-out request; hence the Adult Luxury Rewards member may receive marketing communication during the transitional period.

16. Adult luxury Group reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel Adult Luxury Rewards programme at any time with prior notice. In addition, the use of points and/or benefits may be suspended from time to time with notice thereof.

17. The participating entity will be recording information relating to the Adult Luxury Rewards member each time the points is utilised for Adult Luxury Rewards programme purposes. The recorded information,  will be utilised by the participating entity to reward Adult Luxury Rewards members accordingly and to further obtain and process information for historical, statistical and research purposes. Such information will be retained for a period that is appropriate to serve the legitimate business interests of Adult Luxury Group.

18. Programme participants provide express consent to Adult Luxury Group for the processing and further processing of their personal and special personal information for lawful purposes as set out in Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, to enable Adult Luxury Group to sign up participants to the Adult Luxury Rewards programme and manage the functions associated. Refer to the Adult Luxury Privacy Policy for information regarding personal information collected from participants, including the purpose for which information is collected and the further processing of participants’ personal information. Requests for the deletion, amendment or updating of personal information should be made in writing by the data subject.

19. Programme participants indemnify and hold harmless, Adult Luxury Group, its subsidiaries, management and employees against any legal action, claim or suit, including but not limited to non-compliance in respect of consent requirements.
